Job Description
Hala is a Saudi fintech platform regulated by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) as an electronic money institution, serving over 150,000 small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The company provides business accounts, payment acceptance solutions, point-of-sale systems, expense management, and Shariah-compliant financing products based on Tawarruq structures approved by a certified Shariah supervisory board, with no interest (riba) charged or paid.
**Role Overview:**
As a Telesales Representative, you will be the primary contact for prospective SMEs inquiring about Hala's financing solutions. Your role is to explain products, guide customers through the application process, and convert qualified leads into customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Contact prospective SMEs and respond to financing inquiries via approved remote channels
- Explain financing products, eligibility requirements, and application procedures clearly
- Qualify leads based on business details, financing needs, and customer interest
- Follow up on incomplete applications and requests for missing documentation
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records of calls, lead status, and follow-up actions
- Handover qualified leads requiring field support to Sales Agents with comprehensive notes
- Achieve assigned targets for calling volume, lead qualification, and conversion rates
- Adhere to approved scripts, confidentiality procedures, and compliance standards
- Never promise financing approval; all commitments are subject to full application review
