Role Overview

NoorMatch, a Muslim-focused halal marriage and matchmaking platform, seeks a Social Media Manager to drive organic growth across TikTok and Instagram. This full-time, in-office role based in Defence Phase 6, Karachi, Pakistan, is fundamental to the platform's expansion strategy. You will be the creative face of the brand, responsible for the complete content marketing cycle—from strategy and ideation through production and publication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram aligned with platform trends and audience preferences
• Create, script, film, and edit short-form video content (15–60 seconds per week) using tools such as CapCut
• Serve as the on-screen presenter and brand representative, maintaining a consistent, engaging speaking style
• Maintain a structured content calendar and consistent posting schedule to maximize audience reach
• Monitor platform trends, competitor activity, and algorithm changes to keep content relevant and optimized
• Engage authentically with the audience through comments and direct messages according to brand guidelines
• Track performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and refine content strategy based on data-driven insights
• Allocate approximately 20% of working time to creating parallel content for the sister brand MuslimJobs

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Islamic values and genuine passion for serving Muslim communities
• Fluent English proficiency to reach and engage an international audience
• Proven experience in social media management or content production
• Comfort appearing on camera with a clear, engaging, and authentic speaking style
• Self-driven, creative mindset suited to a fast-paced startup environment
