Sales Manager — ibis budget Makkah Al Aziziah (Al Hidayah Towers Hotel)

Accor is seeking a Sales Manager for the ibis budget Makkah Al Aziziah—Al Hidayah Towers Hotel, a large-scale pilgrimage hospitality destination in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The property comprises 10 towers with 4,502 rooms and serves as a major accommodation hub for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims from Saudi Arabia and international markets, located 7.5 km from Masjid Al Haram.

You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across the Hajj, Umrah, corporate, travel agency, tour operator, and group booking segments. Key responsibilities include: identifying and pursuing new business opportunities; building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, business partners, and clients; conducting sales calls, site inspections, presentations, and client meetings; negotiating and finalizing contracts within approved commercial guidelines in coordination with the Director of Sales & Marketing; collaborating with Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, Finance, and Operations to maximize revenue and ensure seamless guest experiences; monitoring market trends and competitor activity; developing business during peak periods (Hajj, Ramadan, Umrah); maintaining detailed sales records and account performance data; preparing regular sales reports and forecasts; representing the hotel at industry events and networking activities; and ensuring compliance with Accor brand standards and company policies.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; minimum 5 years' sales experience, preferably in hospitality; strong professional network in the GCC region; excellent communication and negotiation skills; proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets; and ability to work independently and collaboratively. This position is for Saudi nationals only and requires the ability to work in Makkah supporting Hajj and Umrah business development.
