OnePath Network is seeking a dynamic Product Manager – Website & Mobile Applications to lead the development, growth, and optimisation of our digital platforms.
This role focuses on the strategic management of OnePath Network’s website and mobile applications, driving user engagement, enhancing user experience, and ensuring our platforms remain innovative, high-performing, and user-centric.
Vendor management for ongoing web and mobile app development is a critical part of this role.

Lead the strategic development and optimisation of OnePath Network’s website and mobile applications across iOS and Android.
Work with external vendors to manage feature development, updates, bug fixes, and performance optimisation.
Ensure a seamless, mobile-responsive experience with high performance, security, and scalability.
Implement best practices for SEO, site speed, and mobile app performance.
Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and audience needs.
Drive growth in website traffic and app downloads through innovation and UX improvements.
Identify growth opportunities such as personalisation, push notifications, and content recommendations.
Collaborate with marketing on A/B testing, CRO, and UX optimisation.
Act as the primary liaison with external web and mobile development vendors.
Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure quality and budget adherence.
Conduct regular vendor reviews to track progress and resolve issues.
Conduct user research and analyse feedback to improve user experience.
Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Firebase to guide decisions.
Implement user-centric features including improved navigation and personalisation.
Prioritise accessibility, performance, and inclusivity.
Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketers.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Report on product initiatives, KPIs, and growth metrics to leadership.

5+ years of product management experience across websites and mobile applications.
Proven success driving growth, engagement, and feature development.
Experience managing outsourced web and mobile development vendors.
Strong WordPress expertise including performance optimisation and security.
Knowledge of iOS and Android ecosystems and app store optimisation.
Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Firebase, and A/B testing.
Proficiency in CRO and user flow optimisation.
Ability to execute growth strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Data-driven mindset for performance and scalability improvements.
Understanding of digital marketing and its impact on products.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and vendors.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
