
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator & Marketing Coordinator to support the daily operations of our school and help grow our community outreach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and is passionate about Islamic education.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front office operations, visitor reception, and phone inquiries
Coordinate school communications including newsletters, emails, and announcements
Maintain and update school social media platforms and website content
Support enrollment and admissions processes
Assist with event planning for open houses, fundraisers, and school programs
Manage school databases, student records, and filing systems
Develop marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital content
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Google Workspace, social media platforms, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva)
Experience in office administration or marketing preferred
Familiarity with Islamic schools or community organizations is a plus
