Mortgage Account Executive – Nationwide

Guidance Residential is America's leading Sharia-compliant home financing provider, with over $10 billion in compliant home financing across 34 states and endorsement from seven major Islamic scholars and AMJA.

**Role Overview:**

As a Mortgage Account Executive, you will serve as the primary liaison for Muslim-American families pursuing halal, interest-free home financing and refinancing. You will guide clients through a transparent, professional homebuying or refinancing journey from initial consultation through closing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage an active client pipeline through timely follow-ups and inbound lead response
• Close 3–4 home financing contracts per month and consistently achieve monthly sales targets
• Host and attend educational seminars and community events at local mosques, Islamic centers, and Muslim organizations
• Build and maintain partnerships with real estate agents and referral sources
• Collect and verify client loan documentation for accuracy and completeness before handoff to processing
• Proactively network within local Muslim-American communities to generate referrals and build relationships

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

• Minimum two years of sales or customer-service experience (preferred; strong community ties can supplement shorter track records)
• Active connection with and familiarity of local Muslim-American communities and mosques (explicitly required)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Urdu or Arabic strongly preferred
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple active files
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person engagement

• Compensation: $65,000–$90,000 per year on 100% commission structure with unlimited earning potential
