Line Cook (Full Time)

Naz's Halal Food is a nationally expanding halal food franchise specializing in rice platters, gyros, chicken wings, and falafel, committed to serving 100% halal meat to communities across the United States.

As a full-time Line Cook, you will be central to our daily kitchen operations, preparing high-quality halal meals quickly and accurately. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to exact recipe specifications while maintaining consistent speed and accuracy
• Performing quality control checks to ensure all food is fresh and properly presented
• Completing prep work including ingredient chopping, marinating, and mise en place
• Maintaining your kitchen station in a clean, organized, and sanitary condition in accordance with food safety standards
• Monitoring ingredient inventory and restocking supplies as needed during your shift
• Collaborating with front-of-house staff during service rushes to ensure seamless kitchen-to-counter handoff

While previous kitchen or line cook experience is preferred, we welcome candidates ready to learn in a fast-paced environment. You should be efficient, punctual, dependable, and passionate about food quality and team collaboration.
