Investor Services Representative

Founded in 1989, the firm manages over $8 billion in assets across twelve mutual funds, including the Amana Funds — the largest family of Islamic investment products in the United States, serving Muslim investors seeking religiously aligned investment options.

The Investor Services Representative provides exceptional customer service and administrative support to mutual fund and retail brokerage clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering outstanding customer service via telephone, email, and written correspondence
• Processing new account openings and handling shareholder transactions (checks, exchanges, distributions)
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date shareholder records
• Reconciling daily transactions and ensuring accuracy
• Completing assigned projects and supporting other departments as requested

To succeed in this role, you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently
• Detail-oriented mindset with a team-oriented, self-motivated approach
• Willingness to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses within nine months of employment
