Immigrants' Rights Center (IRC) Administrative Coordinator – CAIR-LA is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join its legal immigration services team in Anaheim, California. You will serve as the operational backbone of the IRC, handling all administrative functions so that attorneys and legal staff can dedicate themselves fully to casework supporting refugees, asylum seekers, and the broader immigrant community.
Your responsibilities will include managing all incoming communications (phone, email, voicemail, and online intakes), collecting and organizing grant reporting data and statistics, reviewing and maintaining subgrantee files and communications, coordinating with partner organizations and community groups, and providing general operational support to the legal team.
This is a temporary full-time position through October 31, 2026, with a hybrid work schedule (three days in office, two days remote per week).
Qualifications: You will have a minimum of one year of operations or administrative coordination experience. Nonprofit sector experience is expected, and at least two years in immigration services is strongly preferred. You must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint, highly skilled with technology, possess excellent organizational and time-management abilities, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
