Sadaqa Welfare Fund, an Australian Islamic charity organization, seeks a full-time Graphic Designer to support brand communications, digital marketing, and fundraising initiatives.
Role Overview
You will lead the full spectrum of graphic and digital design work, creating cohesive brand experiences across all organizational touchpoints. This is a multifaceted role requiring creative problem-solving, project management, and technical design skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain brand guidelines implementation across all materials
- Create email newsletters (EDMs) and digital marketing assets
- Develop web assets, print collateral, and social media content
- Design UX/UI elements for digital initiatives
- Develop packaging designs as needed
- Conduct basic video editing for organizational content
- Manage multiple concurrent projects from concept through final delivery
- Ensure consistent brand presentation across all channels
Requirements
- Formal qualification in graphic design, arts, or advertising
- Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience (B2C or B2B environment)
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong creative and conceptualization skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize across concurrent projects
- Familiarity with social media platforms and e-commerce environments
- Based in Sydney, Australia (in-person role)
