Full Time Elementary Teacher (Grades K–7)

About the Position

We are seeking a passionate, student-centered Elementary Teacher (Grades K–7) to join our growing school community in Fresno. The ideal candidate is dedicated to academic excellence, social-emotional learning, and creating an engaging, inclusive classroom environment that supports the whole child.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with California Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and CA ELD Standards.

• Create a positive, structured classroom environment that promotes respect, curiosity, and responsibility.

• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including English Learners and students needing academic intervention.

• Use formative and summative assessments to guide instruction and monitor student progress.

• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and families to support student success.

• Integrate social-emotional learning and character development into daily instruction.

• Maintain accurate records, lesson plans, and communication with families.

Start Date: August 2026

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience as a classroom teacher in grades K–7.

• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.

• Commitment to professional growth and collaboration.

• Ability to build strong relationships with students and families.
