Finance Specialist

A Continuous Charity (ACC) is a Muslim-founded nonprofit organization dedicated to sustainable charitable giving and meaningful community impact. The organization is seeking a Finance Specialist to collaborate closely with the Finance Manager in establishing and maintaining rigorous financial management practices across all organizational functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Partner with the Finance Manager to develop and implement financial standards and best practices
• Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports for organizational leadership review
• Lead and coordinate annual budget development processes across departments
• Monitor and manage organizational cash flow projections to ensure financial stability
• Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance financial performance across ACC's programs and administrative functions

**Required Qualifications:**

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a business, nonprofit, or public accounting environment
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail in financial record-keeping and reporting
• Demonstrated commitment to and passion for the nonprofit sector
