Ribaat University is seeking qualified Adjunct Faculty members across a wide range of disciplines for the 2026–2027 academic year. Faculty members will deliver engaging, academically rigorous, and faith-centered online education through the university’s learning platform.

Teach assigned courses according to approved syllabi and learning outcomes.
Deliver engaging online instruction using Canvas LMS.
Facilitate meaningful student participation and discussion.
Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments and assessments.
Maintain regular communication and online office hours for students.
Foster a supportive and intellectually stimulating learning environment.
Update and improve course materials as needed.
Ensure course activities and assessments align with learning outcomes and accreditation standards.
Maintain academic quality and instructional excellence.
Submit grades, attendance records, and assessment data within required timelines.
Support continuous improvement of academic programs.
Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
Collaborate with program leaders and fellow faculty members.
Contribute to the university’s educational mission and academic culture.
Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and Islamic adab in all interactions.
Design and deliver courses that meet accreditation and licensing standards.
Develop measurable learning outcomes and rigorous assessments.

Doctoral degree (PhD, EdD, ThD, or equivalent).
