Role Overview
The Director of Development will lead fundraising efforts to ensure Miftaah’s financial sustainability and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute fundraising strategy
Build and maintain donor relationships
Lead campaigns and sponsorship efforts
Track revenue and donor pipeline performance
Basic Requirements
4–7+ years in fundraising, sales, or donor relations
Proven ability to secure funding or close donations
Experience with CRM systems
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in nonprofit fundraising
Familiarity with zakat and sadaqah campaigns
