Caregiver / Personal Support Worker (PSW)

Suqoon is a Muslim-founded home care agency serving over 300 families across the Greater Toronto Area. We're recruiting compassionate caregivers and Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide in-home care that honors Islamic values and family traditions.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalized in-home care services including elderly care, postpartum support, personal assistance with daily activities, and companionship. Coordinate with families to ensure culturally sensitive care, including gender-matched placements, accommodation of prayer times, halal meal preparation, and respect for Islamic household practices.

Ideal Candidates

Certified Personal Support Workers (PSWs) with valid Ontario credentials; experienced home care companions; nursing graduates seeking flexible roles; and motivated candidates without formal credentials (training provided for qualified applicants). Religious sensitivity and respect for Islamic values are essential.
