You will report to the Head of Marketing and Communications and serve as a key cross-functional coordinator, responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating the performance of AFH's major fundraising and awareness campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies in partnership with internal teams (Fundraising, Programmes, Digital, Media) and external partners
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of seasonal campaigns (including Ramadan, Qurbani, and winter emergency appeals) as well as rapid-response emergency campaigns

  • Working knowledge of GDPR regulations, UK fundraising compliance requirements, and Charity Commission standards
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication; knowledge of Arabic, Urdu, or French is desirable and valued given AFH's operational reach
  • Understanding of geopolitical, humanitarian, and international development contexts, particularly in the Middle East
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent workstreams under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality

**Benefits**

  • 25 days annual leave plus your birthday off
  • Matched pension contributions
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay
  • Free parking at office
  • Dedicated prayer space on site
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Annual team away days
