Basic Requirements
3+ years in product, operations, or systems roles
Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation
Ability to design workflows and systems
Strong problem-solving and execution skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building internal tools
Technical familiarity (APIs, no-code tools)
