Riwaya is the UK’s curated marketplace for Muslim commerce — connecting faith-aligned brands with a large, underserved audience. We’re growing fast toward a seed raise and need a growth leader who owns the number.

The role

You own growth — strategy and execution. This isn’t a playbook-running seat; it’s for someone who thinks for themselves, sets the plan, and drives it through a team of specialists (paid ads, email/CRM, SEO, content). You’re accountable for GMV, and you’re as sharp in the strategy as you are in the ad account.

What you’ll own

Overall growth strategy across acquisition, conversion and retention
Directing existing specialists and getting the best out of them
Hands-on channel execution where it matters, especially paid acquisition efficiency
The metrics that compound: repeat purchase rate, CAC, marketing as a % of GMV
Clear growth reporting to the founder

You’re a fit if you

Have run growth at an e-commerce or marketplace business, with numbers to prove it
Think strategically and execute — you’ve personally built campaigns and funnels, not just managed others
Reason from first principles on a lean budget; experiment-led
Can lead a distributed, global team
Strong written and spoken English
Bonus: understanding of the UK or global Muslim consumer

Details: Full-time, fully remote (global). Reports directly to the founder/CEO. High ownership, direct impact, room to grow with the company.
