Description
Overall Responsibilities Include The Retention And Growth Of A Portfolio Of Global Commercial Card Accounts. Must Provide Proactive Consultation To Enhance Customer Relationships And Drive Program Growth, Profitability, And Client Satisfaction. Define And Execute A Business Plan For Each Client To Drive Growth, Profitability, Client Satisfaction And Retention. Conduct Regular Client Reviews, Highlighting Results And Key Successes, Reinforcing The Amex Differentiated Value Story And Aligning On Key Priorities Going Forward. Must Understand And Be Current On Key Issues Impacting Our Client’s Business. Accountable For Developing Influential Client Relationships That Enables Us To Cross-Sell Products And Services. Consult With Client And Interface With Key Linkages And Operations To Ensure That Issues Are Resolved In A Timely Fashion, Service Quality And Contractual Obligations Are Met/Exceeded. Internally, Must Collaborate With Global Colleagues In Account Development, Marketing, Operations, Finance, And Sales, To Grow Business And Deliver Results
