Description: Credit Reporting is a fast paced, high volume process. Responsibilities for this role will include processing credit disputes utilizing multiple system applications. The Associate is expected to use appropriate communication etiquette to interact with business partners in order to resolve dispute items. The candidate may be expected to cross train on additional functions within the team if deemed necessary.
Requirements: Candidate should have excellent mathematical, oral, written, listening, multi-task, time management and interpersonal skills. The candidate should have working knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, etc.).
Minimum requirements:
Data entry skill with accuracy and quick speed (over 10K keystrokes)
Must be self starter
Must be self motivated
Stable work history
