PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Assist Accounting Manager on accounting functions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Enter transactions into QuickBooks (Income and A/P primarily); filing; miscellaneous administrative work.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Degree not required, but at least one year of college-level accounting courses required, and two years preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years experience in an accounting environment required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must be familiar with QuickBooks and Excel.
